The Top Five Hip-Hop Songs that will NEVER Die

info@fadedjorts.com

Look, we all know that whenever one of these songs comes on in the club, we're all singing along and going H.A.M. with our friends, no matter what social group we belong to.

1.  Outkast - "Hey Ya"

-This song teeters perfectly on the line between outrageously irresistible and obnoxiously annoying, and that's exactly why we love it.  And besides, who doesn't love shaking it like a Polaroid picture (assuming the reference isn't too obsolete yet)?

2.  Usher ft. Ludacris and Lil John - "Yeah"

-Kevin James' character in the 2005 movie "Hitch" puts it hilariously best when he states, "you cannot stop it," in reference to the shameless dance moves that seemingly pour out of one's body whenever this song comes on.

3.  DMX - "Party Up (Up in Here)"

-For some reason, white kids everywhere LOVE rapping along to this song while out with friends.

4.  Montell Jordan - "This is How We Do It"

-To 90s kids or otherwise, this song is addicting, and it really just makes you wanna drink a forty and reminisce about when you were "a lower case G."

5.  Tupac ft. Dr. Dre and Roger Troutman - "California Love"

-No hip-hop list would be complete without the inclusion of some Tupac and Dr. Dre.  Weather you're from the West Coast or not, no one denies that California knows how to party, and when this song comes on everyone thinks they're from Compton.

Honorable Mentions:

-Will Smith - "Gettin' Jiggy Wit It"
-Kanye West ft. Jamie Foxx - "Gold Digger"
-Blackstreet - "No Diggity"
-Notorious B.I.G. - "Hypnotize"
